TAMAN SRI UKAY: As an Islamic school, ADNI proactively ensures that its Islamic curriculum educates its students in meaningfully practical ways in line with the National Curriculum for Islamic Studies. As such, ADNI Primary School held this year’s Janazah Management Course at Musolla Ash-Shafi’ie on 9 August 2019, which was conducted by its Islamic Studies teachers (as facilitators) led by Ustaz Yusof, in which all Primary 6 students were taught how to properly handle dead bodies according to Islamic teachings based on the Quran and Sunnah. The facilitating teachers helped the students brush up on their theoretical knowledge first before focusing on practical exercises.
