TAMAN SRI UKAY: Jakarta Islamic School (JIS) had its first Student Immersion Programme at ADNI Islamic Primary School from Monday the 15th to Friday the 19th of July 2019, in which two teachers and fifteen students (aged 11 and 12) of the Elementary School of JIS had a one-week student exchange programme with “educational immersion” in ADNI’s holistic curriculum. The JIS students were placed in Primary 4 and Primary 5 classrooms so that they could participate in all curricular and co-curricular activities together with ADNI students during school hours for five consecutive days (Monday-Friday). The closing ceremony was held at Musolla Ash-Shafi’ie with Deputy Headmistress Puan Suraya Abu Bakar presenting the JIS students with certificates of participation.
